We are heartbroken to announce the sudden passing of Ryan Alexander Sluyters on February 25, 2024, in Minden, Ontario after a very brief battle with cancer. He will be forever loved and sorely missed by his wife Stefanie Pisani, his children James and Anna, and his parents Elizabeth and Ronald Sluyters. Son-in-law to Sandra Pisani and the late Frank Pisani. Younger brother to Jeremy Sluyters (Allison) and Christina Burns (Christopher) and their families. Brother-in-law to Cristina Pisani (Armaghan) and Robert Pisani (Anastasia). Best friend to David Masuda (Nancy) and Michael Bradey (Jessica) and their families.

Fondly remembered as a skilled musician, enthusiastic outdoorsman, and most gracious host. Ryan was showering his loved ones with the gift of his cooking until his last moments. The memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at The Simple Alternative - Pickering, Funeral Centres at 1057 Brock Road in Pickering, Ontario.
