In memory of

Rose Marie Acorn

August 20, 1938 - August 4, 2023

Passed suddenly at home on August 4, 2023 at the age of 84 and has joined her husband George and sons Dave and Paul. She will be deeply missed by her sons Gary (Brenda), Ted (Sheila) and her daughter Sharon (Don).

Rose was loved by her grandchildren David (Sharlene), Shannon (Kevin), Jason, Lindsay (Geoff), Rick (Maddy), Leslie (Scott), Brittany (Shawn), Ryan (Michelle), Ashley, and Danielle (Chris). She was blessed to have great grandchildren and great great grandchildren that loved her, Leah, Jaedon, Kenon, Justice, Decker, Riggins, Shawzy, Breanna, Dilan, Kayla, Alyvia, Dahlia, Victoria, Emily, Hunter, Brody, Davis, Jj and Marlene. Rose also left behind her brother Ernest MacDonald and sister Doris Vickery.

The Acorn family would like to thank her PSW Thelma and the nurses that took special care of Rose, as they truly made a positive impact on her life. You are truly appreciated.

There will be a Celebration of Life prepared for Rose at a later date. In lieu of flowers a donation to the Heart and Stroke foundation would be appreciated.
