In Loving Memory of Rosaline Millington
Rosaline Millington was born in Aruca River, North West District, Guyana on June 15th, 1928 to Thomas Lancaster (deceased) and Pastora Millington (deceased). She was the 4th of Pastoria’s five children and is survived by her youngest sister Rosetta Semple (Richard).
On Friday, May 25th, 2018 she fell asleep in death at in Mississauga, Ontario at the age of 89.
Rosaline leaves behind to mourn, four of her eleven children; Evelyn Machado (Richard), Ingrid Millington, June Millington and Audrey Luke. Along with eighteen grandchildren; Andrew Lautchman (Oulette), George Lautchman (Michelle), Cheryl Ann Langley (Andrea),
Melissa Alfonzo (Derek), Mark Millington, Clement Machado (Michelle), Mark Machado (Reba), Christoper Machado, Michelle Subner, Richard Machado, Alloyd Kingston,
Floyd Millington, Godfrey Millington, Sharon Millington, Yevetta Millington, Debra Millington, Rozetta Millington and Colin Millington and more than twenty great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren. Together with her nephews and nieces; Leslie Williams (Linda), Michael Maloney (Ruth), Phillip Semple (Linda), Mary Cummings (Carl) and Denise Semple-Bachara (Bob).
Rosaline dedicated her life to Jehovah in July 1969 and immigrated to Canada in 1989 working as a Health Care Aid for more than twenty years. She enjoyed shopping, traveling, cooking and taking care of her family. But most of all she loved the door to door ministry as commanded by Jesus at Matt 28:19,20. Her regular participation in this activity strengthens her faith in Jehovah’s promise of the resurrection hope based on ransom sacrifice of Jesus Christ. This hope is recorded in the Bible at John 5:28 “Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.”.

The family of Rosaline Millington wishes to thank all who in one way or another was supportive of them during this time of great loss.
