In loving memory of Roelfina (Roelie) Dillerop - (June 5, 1929 - April 11, 2017). Loving wife to Gerry Dillerop. Devoted mother to Agatha, Alida, Jerry & Ronnie. Cherished oma (grandmother) to Danielle, Michael, Johanna, Shawn, Courtney and Caitlin. She was a beloved sister, tante (aunt), cousin and friend to so many. Her caring nature made everyone feel like family. She touched the lives of so many that met her and created memories with them all that will be cherished forever. She was proud and honoured to have worked with the Jet Power Credit Union for so many years. She loved her visits up north with the family and enjoyed going to for Florida with Johnny - her companion, soulmate and polka dance partner. She was warm, generous, selfless and witty and will forever hold a huge place in everyone's hearts.

Roelie was quite literally my 2nd mom in so many ways and will always be remembered. A beautiful, loving grandmother to my two daughters, Danielle and Johanna. We have a lifetime of beautiful family memories with OMA! xxxooo

When ROELFIENA JOHANNA STRUIK was born on June 5, 1929, in Emmen, Drenthe, Netherlands, her father, HARMANUS STRUIK, was 27, and her mother, JAN AALTJE WESSELS, was 24.

ROELFIENA married GERARDUS MARINUS DILLEROP in The Netherlands in 1950 when she was 21 years old. They had four children during their marriage:
• ALIDA (1950–2012)
• AGATHA GERARDA (1952–1954)
• GERARDUS (JERRY) ROELFEINUS
• RONALD HAROLD

The family immigrated to Toronto, Canada about 1959.

ROELFIENA passed away April 11, 2017, in Brampton, Ontario, when she was 87 years old surrounded by her loving family.
