Robert Samuel Levy passed away peacefully on November 6, 2024, with his beloved wife and family by his side, after a fulfilling life of love and laughter. Robert touched the lives of all who knew him.

Robert was born on December 5, 1947, in Clarendon, Jamaica. He grew up to become a Cabinet Maker. At age 19, on his birthday in Kingston, Jamaica, he met the love of his life Gladys Williams. Robert and Gladys moved to Canada in 1972 and later got married in 1973. During their 51 years of marriage together they raised three children, Wayne, Franklin, and Marcia.

In 2002, Robert retired and spent his time with his grandkids, playing dominoes with his domino club friends, watching sports, playing music, talking on the phone to friends and family, swimming in the sea and tending to his garden at his 2nd home in his beloved Island of Jamaica. His greatest joy was spending time and travelling the globe with his wife, Gladys.

Robert is survived by his wife: Gladys Levy (nee Williams), his children: Wayne Green, Franklin (Gail) Levy & Marcia Levy, his grandchildren: Armani Lee, Xaria (Nick) Mallone, and Leila Levy.

Services will be held at Meadowvale Funeral Centre & Cemetery on November 15th, 2024. Visitation will be held at 9:00am, Funeral Service at 10:00am, Internment to follow. A small reception will be held at Maple Banquet Hall & Event Centre, 1325 Eglinton Ave. E, Mississauga at 1:00pm.
