It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Robert (Bob) Elford on May 16, 2025 at the age of 79. Bob was born on October 5, 1945 in Toronto, Ontario to Frank and Rose (nee Picov) Elford.
Bob was known for being calm, kind, creative, meticulous and passionate about vehicles. His family meant everything to him.
Bob spent his early career as a mechanic at several Toronto area dealerships. He used his knowledge and interest in cars to modify and restore many vehicles as a hobby. Later, Bob worked on busses for 29 years at TTC. After retiring, he continued his passion of restoring and detailing classic cars at Bow Tie Farm in Grafton, Ontario.
Robert is survived by his sister Evelyn, brother Ivan (Ann Marie), nephew Steven, nieces Sheryl and Wendy, daughters Kelly (Steve), Krissy (Robert) and grandchildren Ethan and Kirsten.
