In memory of

Robert Joseph Pitt

February 3, 1977 -  May 9, 2024

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Robbie who left us suddenly on May 9, 2024, at the young age of 47. Born on February 3, 1977, to Robert Edward and Gloria Pitt, Robbie lived an incredible life. He was not only his wife’s, Ana Marie, best friend, he was also a loving father to his daughter, Savannah, and his stepchildren, Andruw, Ethan, and Kayla. He was cherished and loved by our fur babies, Scout and Rudy.
Robbie was very passionate about hockey. He started playing, with the support of his parents, at a very young age and retired in 2017, as a goalie. He was looking into coaching to share his knowledge and love of the sport.
Robbie was a Star Wars fanatic, so much so that he wanted everyone around him to also enjoy the franchise. His wife and children will miss our Star Wars trivia during dinner.
Robbie had a very kind soul towards animals. He enjoyed being around our dogs and fish. He was very empathetic towards them and always felt a pull to help them when needed.
Though Robbie may not be with us, his spirit will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
Rest In Peace, Robbie, and May the Force be with you.

In lieu of flowers, support may be made in memory of Robbie through a GoFundMe Page. Please go to the Donation tab to donate.

I am deeply saddened for the loss of my best friend and a valued co-worker.
Robbie bought so much light and joy into our workplace both professionally and personally. His kindness and humor will be dearly missed.
My prayers are with the family during this very difficult time.
Though Robbie may have left this world his kindness and warmth remain etched in our memories.
Robbie will forever hold a special place in my heart, and I am truly grateful for the time we shared together.
R.I.P my dear brother, friend and co-worker .

It comes with sadness to learn of Robbie’s sudden passing. He was a devoted father to their four children, and will be sadly missed. Rob was always a solid boy from our hood, from the beginning, and just an all around good dude to be around. He helped friends get employment, and encouraged them to stay on a good, honest path. RIP homie.. condolences to the family.
