It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Bob Osborne on November 27, 2024, in Brampton.

Bob was the beloved husband of Irene, a devoted father to Amy (Alex) and Ryan (Shannon), and a proud grandfather to Fiona, Patrick, and Claire. Born in Toronto, he was the firstborn child of the late John & Marion Osborne (nee Hall), a cherished brother to Deloraine (Warren), John (Erika), Keith (Carmen), Garry (Robin), Cherri (Mike), and brother-in-law to Jerry (Bev). Bob will be fondly remembered by his cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

Known for his silly sense of humor and easy smile, Bob brought warmth and joy to everyone around him. He lived a full and adventurous life, enjoying skiing, travel, and the great outdoors. After retiring early from his successful career as an accountant, he spent many happy years enjoying activities such as badminton, square dancing, and playing cards. He delighted in joking and playing games with his kids and grandkids, and creating cherished memories at the family cottage.

Bob’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

A celebration of Bob’s life will be held on December 5 at 10:30 am at Meadowvale Funeral Centre in Brampton. If desired, donations to the Alzheimer's Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
