Passed away peacefully on Monday, November 12, 2018 at Lakeridge Health – Port Perry at the age of 84. Beloved husband of Mary. Loving father of Jim (Joan), Raymond, Ross (Liz) and Alana (Brian). Cherished grandad of 8 and great grandad of 2. Dear brother of Joyce and Rae. Predeceased by siblings June, Eric and Jack. Jimmy was known for his love of golf and dancing. He will be lovingly remembered for his sense of humor and will be sadly missed by his many other family members and friends. A celebration of life will be held at THORNTON CEMETERY & FUNERAL CENTRE, 1200 Thornton Road North, Oshawa, (South of Taunton Road and off of Dryden Blvd, 905-579-6787) on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at 12 pm with visitation one hour prior. In memory of Jimmy, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
