Prested, Robert “Bobby” –
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle, great-uncle, friend, and club brother on Monday, July 9, 2018, at the age of 66. Loving father to Kelly (wife Jodi), adored “Grandpa Bobby” to Joshua and Jacob, brother to Susan (husband Oliver) and Bruce, uncle to Jennifer and Laura (husband Eric), and great-uncle to Clay and Sawyer. Friends may call at PINE HILLS CEMETERY & FUNERAL CENTRE, located at 625 Birchmount Rd., Scarborough (north of St. Clair Ave. E.), 416-267-8229, for visitation on Friday, July 13, 2018, from 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 14, 2018, at 3:00 p.m. If desired, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.

When I was young and a bit foolish you were always there to get me out of a jam. As I got older you had a habit to share words of wisdom. Even over the last few years you made sure to come visit me every time I made it to the big city. I am glad I have these memories of you. You where a great, kind and caring man. I love you and will remember you.

I was very sad to learn of Bob’s passing. I don’t remember NOT knowing Bob. He was my brother’s best man when I was a child. Bob was also a pallbearer for Mum. I only saw Bob over these years here anthere but enjoyed seeing him whenever I did. He was always nice to me. I always thought he was a pretty funny guy.
