Rick was born on February 20th, 1959 at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto. He was predeceased by his mother Elizabeth Lanteigne [Langis] and his father John Lanteigne. Rick is survived by his children Cory and Danielle and his stepchildren Terri, Tracey, Alexis and Don-Michael. Adored by his five grandchildren, Ethan, Deklan, Koltan, Lillian and Lucien. He will be dearly missed by his four siblings, Donald Lanteigne [Karen Tizzard], John Lanteigne [Alison McCormick], Lori Davies [Geoff Davies] and Susan Todhunter [Barry Todhunter]. Rick was a dedicated and skilled salesman for Ford Motor Company of Canada for over 30 years, treasured and respected by his coworkers and customers.

You could always count on Rick for a laugh, his humour will be remembered. He enjoyed music, especially the Rolling Stones. He was a true sportsman, collector of sports memorabilia and avid fan of the Toronto Maple Leaf's. He was a generous man who you could always count on for support and friendship, a good friend to many.

“We weren’t prepared for you to go
You were too full of life to be
Taken away from us so soon
It’s still hard to believe

How much we’ll miss your smile
And your laughter in our ears
Your absence leaves a hole in us
We’re filling with our tears

We will remember you forever
For you, our hearts will always have room
We loved you more than you will ever know
You left us far too soon”

Donations to Heart and Stroke or St. Michael’s Cardiovascular ICU unit. Would be greatly appreciated by the Family.
