Peacefully on Thursday, October 27, 2022, "Rose" Resurreccion Booc Watt passed away.

Rose is survived by her husband, Harold Edward Watt; and her three children, Edward N. Watt, Stuart S. Watt, and James H. Watt.

Rose was born on April 16, 1936 to Sisinando Tolo and Dionesia Booc Tolo in Butuan City, Augusan Del Norte, in the Philippines. She graduated from Southwestern University in Cebu in 1964. In the late 60's she emigrated to Canada where she worked as a Registered Nurse. On August 31, 1969 she married Harold Edward Watt.

Rose was a devoted wife and mother. She was also a very caring and compassionate individual. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
