Renald was born in Sydney Nova Scotia Dec.15.1935 preced by his parents Joseph FItzgerald & Estelle Herbert From Barbados and beloved brother Joseph Herbert Jr.

Survived by his sister Mildred & Brother Garvan/Ann numerous nieces and nephews a Renald was retired from Handy and Harmony

Renald loved sports and repairing and making things with his hands. We would like to thank all the staff at Seven Oaks Long Term Care Home, for taking such good care of Uncle Renald Over the Years.

Renald was very kind and thoughtful loving man. He had a very supportive and strong family surrounding him . He was beyond strong , he was a fighter he been through alot and was still fighting. He was a survivor . He always smiled and told many great stories and was very funny . He would brighten the room with his laughter. He will be greatly missed I pray for his family to stay strong during this time because that what he would have wanted.

This life is short very short and one day we will meet him again. May his soul rest in peace. God bless my strongest condolesences to his family and friends at this time.
