It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ramesh Singh, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and friend, who left us on November 21, 2024.
Born in Kitty, Georgetown, Guyana, Ramesh embarked on a journey to Canada in 1972, bringing with him a determination to build a new life. Those who knew him remember his love for fast cars, fine shirts, table tennis, and a bold outlook on life.
In October 1974, Ramesh married Shanti, and they built a family with three children (Renny, Shanni and Ryan) rooted in love, strength, and cherished memories. He was a man of stories, both in the ones he told and the ones he lived. He worked hard, loved deeply, and never let go of his daring nature. He leaves behind a long list of family and countless friends who were touched by his warmth, humor, and generosity.
Ramesh will forever be remembered for his adventurous spirit, his devotion to his family, and the mark he left on all who knew him. While his loss is deeply felt, we take comfort in knowing his memory will live on in the stories we share and the love we carry forward.
