With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Louise Robertson, aged 74, on September 24, 2024. Beloved wife of Ross Robertson for 54 years; mother to Christine Hamilton (Matt), and Michael (Jessica); and Lola to Harper, Griffin, Carter, and Chase. Dearly missed by brothers, Richard and Brian; and was predeceased by her sister, Sheila. Daughter of the late Rachel and Bill Snowball. A loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend, Louise was the epitome of love and selflessness, always putting the needs of others before her own.

Known for her warm, maternal spirit, Louise's greatest joy in life was her family, especially her grandchildren, whom she adored more than anything. She cherished every moment spent with them, filling their lives with laughter, stories, and unconditional love.

Louise had a zest for life's simple pleasures. She loved taking long walks, enjoying the beauty of nature, sipping tea, and chatting for hours with loved ones. A lifelong fan of the Rolling Stones, she was known to brighten up a room while listening to a classic tune with a gentle sway and twinkle in her eye.

Her memory will forever be cherished by her family, who are comforted knowing that her legacy of love, kindness, and joy will live on in all who knew her. Louise will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered by her family and friends.

Funeral service will take place at Mount Pleasant Funeral Centre on Friday, October 4, 2024, from 11 am – 12 pm, followed by a reception from 12 pm - 2 pm. A private family interment will take place at Mount Pleasant, following the reception. Donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation and SickKids Hospital, in her memory.
