In memory of

Pui Fong Lo

September 6, 1918 -  April 4, 2024

After 106 years of dedicated labor and boundless love for her family, friends, and faith, Pui Fong Lo 何盧佩芳 peacefully embraced the Lord's call to return home on April 4, 2024. She was born on September 6, 1917, in China and later resided in Macau, Hong Kong, and Markham, Canada. Pui Fong Lo's journey encompassed various roles, from a skilled seamstress to a devoted homemaker, and she also had a chance to work at a dim sum restaurant.

Spanning an era marked by global conflicts and socio-economic challenges, Pui Fong Lo endured the trials of World War I and World War II. Through these turbulent times, her resilience and steadfastness remained unwavering.

Throughout her remarkable 106 years of life, Pui Fong Lo touched the hearts of all who knew her. As a loving wife, nurturing mother, cherished grandmother, great-grandmother, and loyal friend, she radiated warmth, kindness, and boundless love. Her absence leaves a void in the hearts of her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Pui Fong Lo is survived by her son Simon (Angela - predeceased), daughter Teresa (Raymond), 4 grandchildren: Becky (Eric), Clara (Steve), Garvin (Cindy), Violet (Eric), and 6 great-grandchildren: Kirsten, Charlotte, Aiden, Alexis, Mason and Damien. She was blessed with the joy of witnessing the milestones of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, from their births to their achievements. Though she may no longer be physically present, her legacy of love and compassion will endure in the hearts of those she touched.

As we bid farewell to our beloved Pui Fong Lo, we find solace in the memories of her rich life and the profound impact she made on all who crossed her path. Visitation will be held at 12:30 pm on Sunday, April 14, 2024, and a Celebration of her remarkable journey at 1:15 pm at Elgin Mills Cemetery & Funeral Centre, followed by interment. Then a reception thereafter at 宫廷御宴 Yang's Fine Chinese Cuisine at 3:30 pm.

In lieu of flowers, please consider donations at Yee Hong Ho Lai Oi Wan Centre (Markham) in memory of Pui Fong Lo and let us know. https://www.yeehong.com/donation-form/
