In memory of

Po Yan Pauline Tsang

May 16, 1939 -  January 18, 2023

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Pauline Po Yan Tsang on January 18th, 2023. She was surrounded by her family and we were very lucky to be with her during her final days. Predeceased by her husband, John; parents, Frank and Joyce Wan; and younger brother Chi Ho Wan. She will be sadly missed by her older sister and brother in law, Polly & Mo-Chun To; neices, Wendy To, RIta Wong (Adrian) and Eugenie Sousa (Delfino); great nephews and neice, Kyle, Amanda, Jadon and Ethan.

Pauline was born in Hong Kong and immigrated to Toronto in 1966 where she made Toronto her home for life.

Pauline was an entrepeneur and philantropist. Her love of travel turned into PJ Travel, the travel agency that she opened with her husband John. Pauline's passion for travel continued long after her retirement. Even in her declining health she was always planning and looking forward to her next adventure.

Pauline was a kind, selfless and generous person who touched the lives of so many. We will miss having the next chinese feast with you or looking for a new place for afternoon tea. We will miss you very much.

In lieu of flowers, donations would be greatly appreciated to Yee Hong Wellness Foundation (https://www.yeehong.com/donation-form) or Toronto General Hospital - UHN (https://support.uhnfoundation.ca/site/Donation). The Donation Link below will also guide you to the Charities Donation Page.

A link to livestream the service will become available at the top of this page at approximately 10:45 am on Saturday, January 28th.

Cousin Pauline had been a most helpful individual I had ever known. God has given her exceptional wisdom and ability to face any environment. She had been a devout Christian all her life. Her departure is a rather great loss to us and others. May God bless her family and friends.

I knew Pauline and John who was my U of T schoolmate in the 70 before they got married. She was a gentle and pleasant lady with a kind heart. She was a harding working and successful business woman. I will surely miss her and John.
