Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on July 14, 2017. Predeceased by her husband Robert and son Michael. Beloved mother of Steven (wife Sylvia), and daughter Teresa. Loved Nana of Michael. Fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, friends, and staff at the Evergreen Retirement Home.

Life was simple for Phyllis, family was first and she demonstrated this with her many family events and gatherings, love and support that she extended to everyone who knew her. She will be missed by all.
