Passed away peacefully, with his loving family by his side, on Sunday January 3rd, 2021 at the age of 93. Devoted husband, Efto is survived by his son Ted (Pam) and his daughter Vicky Ward (Don). He was predeceased by his wife Vangy and daughter Olga Wallington. Cherished grandfather of Gerry Wallington, Andrea Wallington (Ismail Patel), David and Michael Ward, Natalie Phillips, Jessica Burden (Landon). Great-grandfather of Aliah, Laila, Malik, and Nilah Patel and Colin Ward. Efto will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

We are all saddened by the passing of our Uncle Efto. He was a true gentleman who loved his family, appreciated his friends and enjoyed his long life with great humour and warmth.
He could spin a story about the ‘old days’, with the very best of them.
Right up until his final days, he could share a long phone call with his brother Sam to dissect the current Maple Leafs team while reminiscing, for even longer, about Clancy, Conacher or Kennedy.
Our deepest condolences to all of his children and grandchildren.
He will be missed, but remembered fondly.
May he rest in peace.
