It is with profound sadness that the family of Phillip Dimitroff announce his passing on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at the age of 68 years.
An inspiring, accomplished Professor of English for over 30 years across multiple Ontario colleges and universities.
Beloved son of the late Louis and Angela Dimitroff. Dearly cherished brother of Patricia and Margaret (Barry).
Fondly remembered by many extended family members, colleagues and friends.
A kind, sensitive and generous soul who will be forever missed.

Visitation: Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at 11 a.m. followed by funeral service and interment at Mount Pleasant Funeral Centre, 375 Mount Pleasant Rd., Toronto, Ontario M4T 2V8

Our deepest condolences to Pat and Margie, Barry and family during this sad time.
Phillip was blessed to have such devoted, dedicated and caring sisters. Your mom would be so proud of how well you loved and looked after your brother. We shall fondly remember Phillip’s eulogy of your mom which was beautifully written and eloquently delivered. It was a tribute to the loving relationship that your family shared. We are so sorry for your loss.
