It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our father Domenico Peticca of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Following a lengthy battle with Leukemia , Domenico peacefully passed at his home on April 25th, 2023 at the age of 82.Cherished husband of Maria Peticca. Loving father of Robert and his partner Caren, Piero and his wife Karen, Danny and his wife Sarah. Proud Nonno of Amanda (David), Alex (Tanya), Cara (Nicholas), Nicholas, Eric, Lauren, Samantha, Jacob and Adam. Great Nonno of Domenic, Matteo and Finnley Domenico immigrated to Canada from Italy (Sora) in 1959 with his wife Maria. At the age of 19, they started a life together with nothing more than love, and together they built a family. Getting together every Sunday for dinner, with all the children and grandchildren, gathered around the table, was normal for this family.
Visitation will take place at Pine Hills Funeral Centre, St. Clair Suites ( 625 Birchmount Rd. Scarborough ) on Monday May 1st from 4-8 pm and on Tuesday, May 2nd, 2023 from 1-2 pm., Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday May 2nd. 2023, at 2 pm at Pine Hills Funeral Centre, Entombment to follow.
For those who are unable to attend the funeral service, it will be livestreamed for public viewing, on Tuesday, May 2nd, 2023 at 2:00 pm ( a link will be available on this memorial page at 1:45 pm )
