It is with great sadness that the family of Peter Ham-Kong Yu announces his passing at the age of 69, after a courageous battle with a prolonged illness.

Peter will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 47 years Irene, his children Jenny (Eugene) and William (Jo-An). Peter will also be fondly remembered by his five grandchildren, Alison, Alex, Jayden, Jessica, and Zoe.

A funeral service in Peter’s memory will be held at the York Cemetery and Funeral Centre at 160 Beecroft, in Toronto, Ontario on Thursday 5 January 2017 at 11am. Visitation will be held on Wednesday 4 January 2017 from 5-8pm, and Thursday 5 January 2017 from 9-11am. Interment will follow at the York Cemetery.
