It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Peter Petroff at the age of 87. Son of the late Alexandra and Dimitar. Beloved husband of Dolly (Angeline) and devoted father of Alexis (Stan), Michael, Danny (Marie) and Maria (Ralph). Proud and loving grandfather to Nicole and step grandad to Lucas. Dear brother to the late Carl and survived by twin brother Paul.

Peter was a wonderful man. He had a strong work ethic and lived his life with integrity. He was a proud member of St. George’s Church where he sang in the choir for many years.

Special thanks to the 1st floor long term care staff at Scarborough General Hospital for the excellent care he received.

Family and friends will be received at Pine Hills Cemetary & Visitation Centre, 625 Birchmount Rd., Scarborough, North of St. Clair Ave. E., 416-267-8229 on Sunday Sept. 11th from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. A private funeral service and burial will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. George’s Macedono-Bulgarian Church.
