Peter Missios, age 82, passed away suddenly on Thursday, December 29, 2016, in Scarborough, Ontario.

Peter was born in Greece, on February 17, 1934. He was a loving and caring person, and devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend. He is survived by his wife Norma; his brother James with wife Linda; his sister Evelyn with husband Eli; his daughter Sandy with husband Chris; his son Paul with wife Ida; his grandchildren Jared, Carly, Isabella, and Luca; his dog Lily; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation will be held at 2-4pm and 7-9pm on Friday, January 6, 2016, at Pine Hills Cemetery and Visitation Centre, 625 Birchmount Road, Scarborough.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30pm on Saturday, January 7, 2016, also at Pine Hills Cemetery. Burial will follow the funeral services.

We will miss seeing Mr. Missios on the occasions our families would come together at Paul and Ida's home. He was a kind, dignified man who always had time to talk to me, my wife and my children. He will live on through his children and grandchildren. Much love from the Kam family.
