It is with great sadness that we announce that Peter Hugh Baxter passed away peacefully in his 85th year on Monday January 6, 2020 at Presentation Manor in Scarborough, Ontario. He is survived by Teresa, his loving wife of 58 years, his children Mary Jane, Norman (Linda Larose) and Dr. Nancy, and his 3 grandchildren Andrew, Anthony and Emily. Peter is survived by his brother Allan, and his many nieces and nephews both in Canada and Spain. Peter was happily retired after a 35 year career with the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday January 16, 2020 at 11 am at Presentation Manor, 61 Fairfax Crescent, Scarborough, ON followed by a reception. Parking will be available at the Scarborough Soccer Centre, 45 Fairfax Crescent. Interment will take place at Drumbo Cemetery at a later date.
