We are heartbroken to announce the sudden passing of Perry on Tuesday, January 3, 2017. Loving son of Alexandra and the late George Tsakalidis. Much loved brother of Helen and Mike. Adoring uncle of Stephen, Christopher, Rebecca, Alexandra, Maggie and George. Perry will be sadly missed by the Tantses and Gouden families and countless other family members and friends. He was well known for his sense of humour, his ability to lift everyone’s spirits and you could always rely on him to have your back.

Visitation will be held on Monday, January 9, 2017 from 6-9 p.m. and Tuesday, January 10th from 10-11a.m. at the Pine Hills Cemetery & Funeral Centre, 625 Birchmount Road, Toronto, ON.

A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Pine Hills Cemetery & Funeral Centre, with Interment to follow. Donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation and to Sick Kids.
