Beloved wife, Mother, Grandmother ,Sister, and friend, peacefully passed away on May 16th, 2025 after an eight-year courageous battle with cancer. She was surrounded by her loving family, who provided her with comfort and support during her final moments.

Born on May 28th, 1966, Penny was a remarkable individual known for her unwavering strength, warmth, humour and kindness. Her life was characterized by her deep love for her family and friends, who were always the center of her world. Penny approached her cancer journey with grace and resilience, inspiring those around her with her positivity and determination.

Throughout her life, Penny embraced each day, filling it with laughter and love. Her spirit and zest for life will be remembered fondly by all those who knew her.

Penny is survived by, Her husband Richard Watt, her Children Talisia (Steven) Richard Jr (Dan), her grandchildren Haily , Michael, Olivia, her Sisters Tammy (Louis), Juanita, her Brother Percy, and all her neices & nephews. Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends, who are grateful for the time they had with her.

She will forever be missed and cherished, and her legacy will continue to inspire those she loved. Rest in peace, dear Penny.
