I have so many wonderful memories of working with Penny who kept us all on track. She was a delight to work with and was always positive even when we were being overwhelmed.
She was the consummate professional.

Thinking of you all with the loss if your precious mum, gramma, friend & co-workers. I have known Penny 21 years, we met at Lincoln. Penny you brought alot of smiles, lots of laughter and numerous stories. You were most happy at work sharing, caring and assisting anyone who needed help. Your struggles are over Penny. May you rest in peace with Trevor and your mum <3 xo

Penelope Ann Young was known to many staff in the Peel District School Board as Penny. Many students called her Ms. Young. She was loving, generous and precious. She loved her job. She loved many staff and students. Ms. Young generously provided people with knowledge and wisdom. She was a precious gem like a sparkling diamond; in a tranquil ocean.
