It is with broken hearts that we announce Paul’s passing at the age of 63 on April 16, 2023. He fought courageously throughout his illness and was healthy for several years. But when the end came, it came mercifully quickly.
He will forever be in the hearts of Tina, his wife of almost 30 years and his daughter Ocean and dearly missed by his father Joao. He is predeceased by his loving mother Teresa.
To honour Paul’s generous spirit, we encourage you to practice random acts of kindness. Paying for the next ice-cream for a child was something he often did.
Visitation will take place at Mount Pleasant Funeral Centre at 375 Mount Pleasant Road on Sunday, April 23 from 2-4p m and from 6-8 pm. Funeral service will take place at 11 am on Monday, April 24 in the chapel. Paul was a bright light and loved bright colours. He felt people should wear what they felt comfortable in. Please feel free to dress in whatever colours you like for the visitation and funeral home.
