In Loving Memory of Paul Vartan “Paulie” Helvadjian

May 22, 1975 – August 14, 2025

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Paul Vartan Helvadjian, lovingly known as Paulie, on August 14, 2025, at the age of 50.

Born on May 22, 1975, to Sirvart Sylvia Helvadjian and Harutioun “Harry” Helvadjian, Paulie grew up surrounded by love, laughter, and a strong sense of family. He was a devoted father to his cherished daughter, Annabella Helvadjian, who was the light of his life.

Paulie will be deeply missed by his brother, Shahan and his sister, Christina. He was a proud and loving uncle to his nieces Karis and Mia, and his nephews Arturo and Ethan, sharing with them countless memories, humor, and an unbreakable bond.

Known for his infectious laughter and his ability to brighten every room, Paulie had a rare gift for making others feel truly seen and valued. His kindness, sense of humor, and unwavering love created a legacy of warmth that will never be forgotten.

Beyond being a loving son, father, brother, uncle, and friend, Paulie found joy and purpose in his career as a chef. He poured his heart into his work, using food not only to nourish but to bring people together in comfort and community.

Paulie leaves behind a lifetime of memories that will be cherished by his family and friends forever. Though taken far too soon, his laughter, love, and spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him

We Hovan & Lucie Sarkissian are very close friends with Paul’s Mom & Dad Sylvia & Arto
We knew Paul when he was a young boy and spent some time with him when we used to live in Toronto. It’s so sad to lose a son at such a young age but life is full of surprises some good and positive, some negative but with God’s grace we’ll live through it and continue thanking God for His Love, Grace and Mercy.
Our condolences to Arto, Sylvig, Shahan and Christina. May the Holy Spirit comfort you all. We love you 💕
