Passed away unexpectedly on February 27,2018 at the age of 68. Paul was born in Sierra Leone and grew up in Petersfield, South England before emigrating to Canada. Loving partner of Janet Powell with whom he lived life to the fullest. Father of Gemma (Tyler), Vicky, Zoe (Craig), and Rebecca (Michael). Lovingly missed by Janet’s children, Colin, Emily, and Megan. Son of Joan and Georges Rouen. Brother of Guy and Marc. Proud grandfather to Patrick, Elliott, and Addison who loved him so much. Paul’s giving and helpful nature will be lovingly remembered by everyone who was a part of his life. Memorial donations will be gratefully accepted to Skills Ontario, providing support for youth in the skilled trade and technology workforce.
