In memory of

Paul Katsaris

October 27, 1956 -  November 30, 2020

Paul Katsaris, 64, of Pikoulianika, Greece, succumbed to pancreatic cancer peacefully in his sleep with his beloved wife by his side on November 30th, 2020.

Paul is survived by his wife Maria Katsaris of 37 years, daughters Stacey Almeida and Eleni Hasham, grandchildren Julian Almeida, Adrianna Almeida and Elias Hasham, many beloved sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins, godchildren, extended family and friends.

Paul was a loving husband, proud father, grandpa, brother and friend to all. He had a big heart and loved to make people laugh. Paul enjoyed cooking, gardening, fixing things around the house, playing cards and spending time with his family. He loved to be around people and always put everyone else before himself.

In May of 2020, Paul and his family found out that he had pancreatic cancer and battled for 7 months. He fought as hard as he could and used the love from his family as fuel to keep fighting. Paul will forever be in our hearts and will be deeply missed by all.

P.S. Daddy we love you to the moon and back!

Paul, you were like another dad to us.

Things we'll always remember:
- your eggplant and zucchini plants
- your decorated green bin for Mike
- your jokes about Victor
- letting us stay over for countless sleepovers

Paul, you'll be missed, but we'll always remember.

Love,
Michael, Ana and Joseph Pimentel
