Died in Toronto on January 7, 2025, a week shy of his 78th birthday. Born January 14, 1947 in Toronto, he is predeceased by his parents Russell and Rosalie (née Downing) Chambers and his sister Carole Kuehling, and survived by his son Philip of London, England. Private interment at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Toronto. Donations to the Salvation Army in Canada will be appreciated.
