PATRICK MITCHELL, March 18, 1926, - May 20, 2018. It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father on Sunday May 20 at the Trillium Hospital, Mississauga at the age of 92, surrounded by family and loved ones. Cherished husband of Lena for 70 years; dearly loved father of Myrna (Willan), Helen, Hyacinth (Lloyd), Jacqueline (Jarmo), Wayne (Christine), Keith (Suzanne) and Dexter (Gela); brother of Clementina, Albert (deceased), and Amarita (deceased); brother-in-law of Pearl and Lorna. Daddy Pato was adored by his 19 grandchildren and 18 great- grandchildren. Patrick was also known fondly by all as “Uncle”, “Uncle Patrick”, “Teacher Patrick, “Pato”, “Mitch”. He will be lovingly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends in Canada, Trinidad and the United States. Relative of the Simmons, Morales, Hospedales, Hendrickson and Huggins families. We are deeply grateful for the father he was and a life well-lived. Visitation will be held at Meadowvale Cemetery and Visitation Centre, 7732 Mavis Road (Mavis & 407), Brampton, Ontario on Friday, May 25, 2018 from 5 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at The Church of Christ the King, 475 Rathburn Road (427 & Rathburn), on Saturday, May 26 at 11:00 a.m, followed by interment and reception at Meadowvale Cemetery.
