In memory of

Patricia "Pat" McNair

January 22, 1931 -  July 23, 2022

Peacefully in her home of 60 years, Patricia McNair (nee Cave) joined her beloved Bill, falling into the deepest of sleeps in her favourite chair at age 91. Devoted mother to Dan (Christine) and Brian (Carol) and generous Nana to Andy, Caitlin, Erin and Sarah. Pre-deceased by sisters Lorna and Denise and half-brother Colin. Survived by her half-brother Paul.
Born in Kingston, Ont. to Alick and Lillian, Pat overcame childhood challenges to become a guiding light for her family. Loving, loyal and protective, she without exception put the needs of husband Bill and sons Dan and Brian before her own.
Following a lengthy banking career, Pat was able to enjoy her well-earned retirement by spending quality time with family and taking several exciting trips. She was an avid reader and loved to play games, especially Scrabble.
Her bright, beautiful smile and joyful laugh will be missed but will live on in our hearts forevermore.
A small, family ceremony will be followed at a later date by a celebration of her wonderful life.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Alzheimer Society or Canadian Cancer Society.

So sad to hear about this Brian and Dan.

Glad to see the hockey net in the backyard just in case a road hockey game broke out on the street.

I never had a chance to meet Pat, but I know she must have been an amazing woman based on how wonderful Brian and Dan are. My deepest condolences to the entire family.
