In memory of Patricia (Triana) Markoff
September 26, 1932 - December 10, 2023

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Patricia (Triana) Markoff. In her 91st year, Pat passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by loved ones while listening to her favorite Christmas songs. Despite her 10 year struggle with Dementia, she will be remembered for her ability to show warmth and tease you all in the same breath.

Pat lived a full life that was filled with unwavering love from her two devoted Son's, their Wives, her Grandchildren and Caregivers.
The Markoff Family wishes to thank Isabel & Loida, our Angels on Earth, who helped care for Pat. Isabel devoted over 4 years living with Pat side by side,caring for her with compassion, patience and endless love. Previous to her Loida, who was with Pat since her initial diagnosis of Dementia. The family is forever thankful for their big hearts, daily laughter, and the tender care they provided Pat.
Patricia was a loving wife of the late Joseph Markoff. Loving mother of Jordan and his wife Kathy, Tyler and his wife Sophie.
Baba Pat will be sadly missed by her grandchildren: Joseph Jr. (wife Madison), Erin, Justin, and Ashley. Sister of the late Van Petroff, Sister-in-Law to Mary Petroff and Family.

Family and friends are invited to the funeral service on Thursday December 14, 2023 to be held at:
Pine Hills Cemetery Chapel & Funeral Centre, 625 Birchmount Rd., Scarborough 416-267-8229
Viewing 10-11am
Service at 11:00 am.
