郭張潔蘭 Patricia Kit-Lan Kwok

It is with great sadness that we share of Patricia Kit-Lan Kwok's passing on Sunday, February 19, 2017. She bravely battled cancer over the past year and received excellent care from the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre throughout her treatment and decline. She passed peacefully in her sleep with family by her side. While we are thankful she no longer suffers, those that are left behind will miss her dearly.

She is survived by her beloved husband Wilson Ying Kai Kwok, her daughters Eva and Elynn (Michael), older brother Anthony Cheung (Rebecca) and nephews Ben and Matthew.
