Hart, Patricia Elaine

On March 14, 2023 just 2 days before her 92nd birthday, Patricia passed away peacefully at North York General Hospital. She leaves behind her children, Cathy, David (Christine) and Cameron, and grandchildren Shawn, Kim, Shona and Griffin. She will be dearly missed by her beloved friend Alex (Sonny) Laco.

Many thanks to the Cardiac Care Clinic and staff at NYGH for their expertise, kindness and compassion.

A memorial service will be held at York Funeral Centre on Saturday, May 20, 2023. Visitation will commence at 1 pm followed by a service at 2 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Doctors Without Borders or the Toronto Star Fresh Air Fund.
