It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Patricia after her courageous battle with cancer, on May 22, 2022.
Patricia was the daughter of the late A. Gordon Cook and Gertrude Cook (Symons), sister of Susan De Marchi (Ivone), beloved aunt of Amanda De Marchi (Kirk), Christina(Amy) and great aunt to Lachlan.
Patricia influenced the lives of many students throughout her secondary school teaching career with the Peel District Board. Patricia was passionately devoted to equity for everyone.
Patricia was ordained into the RCWP on November 6, 2016 and ministered to her parishioners with love and devotion.
The family wish to thank the Trillium Mississauga hospital and also Dr. Asha Gupta and the palliative team for the incredible care provided.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Simple Alternative Funeral Centre Mississauga. A celebration of Patricia’s life will occur on Saturday, June 11, 2022 at 11:00am ( with visitation from 10:00 am until11:00). Cremation has already taken place. Masks are mandatory.
