Patricia Ann Jones

November 18, 1941 - March 30, 2024

Patricia passed peacefully at the Dorthy Ley Hospice in Toronto on March 30th, 2024 at the age of 82years.

Reunited with her Late Husband Robert Jones. Loved Mother of Steven Moore and Grandmother to Ryan and Matthew Moore.

The Youngest Daughter of the Late William and Orpha Stone. Loved sister to Yvonne, Joan and Bill.

Patricia entered Nursing after graduating she worked at Peel Memorial Hospital and was a longtime employee of Atomic Energy of Canada as their Health Nurse.

She enjoyed her Retirement looking after her Grandsons, Traveling with her Sisters, Visiting her Brother in Thailand.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in the Summer.

In Lieu of Flowers donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.

So many memories over the past, chats with her - catching up and talking about Mom. Hearing how Steve was doing and her great admiration for Ryan and Matthew over the years and their accomplishments. To most recently reminding me to let Mom know that the Gaithers were on that Friday evening. Thanks Aunt Pat for all the great memories and fantastic support for Mom.
