With profound sadness and many broken hearts, Pasqualina Roberti (nee Varone) passed away peacefully on Sunday October 6, 2019, at her home with all her children and grandchildren by her side.
Pasqualina was born on July 8, 1930 in Rosarno, Calabria, Italy. She married the man she loved, the late Giuseppe Roberti, on December 6, 1952. They were married for over fifty five years before Giuseppe sadly passed away in 2008. Together they raised seven children, Loretta Congiusti (Tony), Anna Ball (Tony), Frank Roberti (Tilda), Michele Barras (Mark), Elide Roberti, Greg Roberti (Lynn) and Luciano Roberti (Lisa).
Pasqualina will be forever missed and remembered by her fourteen grandchildren, Sara, Nick (Michelle), Jennifer (Robert), Stephanie (Giovanni), Michael, David (Diandra), Joseph (Chantel), Vincent, Matthew, Pasqualina, Joseph, Lucia, Liliana, Lucas and her great grandchildren Phillip, Daniel, Chiara, Luca, Mia and Emma.
She is survived by her three Sisters, four Brothers, many
In-Laws, and many Nieces and Nephews. Pasqualina had many long time friends and honorary family in the community who will feel her loss.
Pasqualina’s legacy will live on in the hearts of everyone who knew her and loved her. She was a loving, compassionate and kind Mother, Mother-in-Law, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Sister, Aunt, and Friend. She will be dearly missed.
The Roberti Family would like to extend their gratitude and appreciation to St. Elizabeth Health Care. Specifically to the home care nurses who knew her best. Thank you Aman, Simran, Nimali, Helen, Leda, Harkamal and Max for all your care and kindness over the last ten months. Thank you also to the Spectrum Personal Support Workers. You cared for our Mother for over a year with great compassion and kindness. A special thank you to Maggie, Christiana and Ayanne.

Share your stories of remembrance on Wednesday October 9, 2019 from 2pm – 4pm and 6pm – 9pm at Meadowvale Cemetery and Funeral Centre located at 7732 Mavis Road, Brampton. A funeral service will be held on Thursday October 10, 2019 at 10am at St. Eugene de Mazenod, located at 1252 Steeles Avenue West, Brampton.
