SIMEON, Panagiotis, passed away in his 83rd year on May 9, 2021, quietly in his home. In passing he joins his mother Evdokia and father Lazaros. “Pancho” is survived by his wife Zoi. He will be missed by his children Helen, Toula (Alex) Gontar and Lazaros (Juanita), his three grandchildren, Katryna and Natalie Gontar and Ilya Simeon and by his sister Eleanor (Alex) Simopolous, his nephews Bill, and Joseph and niece Christine Carducci. Pancho was born in the village of Sveta Petka, Florina, Greece. He moved his family to join his beloved sister, Lena, in Toronto in 1968. His life was one of hard work and sacrifice but also one of joy and affection for his family, whose love for him goes on. He will be missed by all who knew him.
