In memory of

Pam Gucciardi

October 2, 1964 -  August 10, 2023

Pam Gucciardi passed away peacefully on Thursday August 10th, at Toronto Western Hospital, surrounded by family, and in the loving thoughts of many others.

Loving wife of Chris Gucciardi for 31 years and together for 11 years before that. Incredible mother to Nicholas and Serena. Cherished daughter of Bob and Florence. Daughter-in-law of Marianna. Predeceased by father-in-law Nicolo. Sister to Rob (Marie). Sister-in-law to Mario and Vita. Loving Aunt to Patrica, Vanessa, Stephanie, Danielle and Sophie. Pam was a cousin, friend, niece, great aunt and left a lasting impression on everyone she met. She loved her Grand-puppy Winnie like her own.

Pam was a lover of the simple things: reading books, gardening and barbecues with family on summer days, watching her children play sports, drinking a glass of wine with Serena and trips to Vandermeer Nursery with Nicholas. Pam and Chris’ favourite thing to do was vacation together and spend their days at the beach.

Pam was a beacon of love, light and positivity. You could always count on Pam to make you smile, make you laugh, and encourage you to view life’s journeys with an open heart and mind.

Visitation will be held Tuesday August 15th from 4-8 pm and Wednesday August 16th at 10 am at Pine Hills Cemetery and Funeral Centre, located at 625 Birchmount Road, Scarborough, ON. A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday August 16th at 11 am at Pine Hills Cemetery and Funeral Centre, located at 625 Birchmount Road, Scarborough, ON.

Please feel free to wear any colour that reminds you of Pam. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada in Pam’s honour.

“A collection of your memories, precious times enjoyed together; keepsakes of the heart, that remain with us forever.”

I was shocked and am truly so saddened to hear of Pam’s passing. My deepest condolences to the whole family. My heart breaks for Chris, Nicholas and Serena.
I met Pam only 5 years ago but in those 5 short years she became a good friend. We vacationed together, attending parties together and had many get togethers . Pam made a huge impression on me with her pure heart. She was so real. What you saw was what you got. She was the most nonjudgmental person I ever met. Her honestly is what meant the most to me. Like it or not you only got authenticity from her.
I will miss her smile, our talks and just her presence. Beautiful person inside and out . Rest in peace Pam. It was an honour to be considered her friend.

In the short time we had known each other, I’ ve come to know how generous you were and how kindly you treated everyone around you. You always had the right words for my moments of sadness . Your time in this world was short but very fullfilling. You knew how to live with integrity and were greatly admired by everyone. I wish God welcomes you with open arms.
Light up the sky with the same light that you shone here.
We will miss you
