In memory of
Orlin Stoyanov
December 1, 1965 -
July 31, 2022
On Sunday, July 31, 2022, Orlin Stoyanov, loving husband and father, passed away suddenly at only 56 years of age.
No words can accurately describe the unthinkable sadness, and enormous loss we suffered. The only words that feel appropriate, in this desolate moment, are words of appreciation, admiration and gratefulness for his life, and all the love he shared with us.
Orlin was a loving husband and father, his amusing sense humour, his joy for life and living every moment to the fullest made him the soul of every friends and family gathering.
Orlin's daughter Alecsandra was the apple of his eye, his eyes beamed with joy and happiness to see her and be around her. He was a caring and devoted partner and husband to his wife Elza, with whom he shared his entire life, from the high school to his last day.
He loved music, and he dreamed of having a guitar and learning to play his favourite rock songs. With incredible dedication, perseverance and rich imagination, he not only created and built his very own electric guitars, but also taught himself to play his favourite songs. Playing guitar was his retreat from worries and his way to reconnect and revitalize his spirit. Playing guitar with his friends in the basement, made him beam with childlike happiness and pride.
His creative talents and imagination didn’t just pertain to music and guitars. He was a maker, he loved building things around the home, things that would give his family comfort and joy.
He dedicated all of himself to his family and friends, and stopped at nothing to show his love. He was a patient and kind-hearted husband and father, a gracious and courteous son, and a thoughtful, generous friend, who was cherished, respected, and loved by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 6th, 2022 at the York Cemetery & Funeral Centre.
