Passed away on Saturday, September 29th, 2018 surrounded by family.
Predeceased by his beloved wife Ann Walters, parents Rupert Simm & Sarah Service Simm.

Survived by siblings Mavis Spence, Ruby Fraser, Vincent Simm, Daisy Tai, Pauline Stines, and his nieces & nephews, including Suzette, Jackie, Lisa & Robert.

Visitation to be held at The Simple Alternative Funeral Centre, 1057 Brock Road, Pickering on Tuesday, October 16th from 9:30 am until time of Memorial Service at 10:30 am.

Beloved "Uncle Straighty." I will miss your lightning wit, wry smile, and of course your honest, passionate loving approach to cooking. You warmed our hearts and filled our stomachs happily. Thanks for opening your homes to us the last 4 summers. Aaron and Alex send special love to you, their great uncle. Rest in peace. I will see you on the other side where we will debate politics and laugh at the crazy celebrities in the news!
