It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Nerina Vrpoljac. She died peacefully on Wednesday, January 29, 2020. Beloved wife of the late Slavko. Loving mother of Sonja and mother-in-law of Slavek Kshonze. Devoted Nonna of Natalia. She will be lovingly remembered by family and friends in Canada, Croatia, Italy and Slovenia. Visitation to be held at PINE HILLS CEMETERY & VISITATION CENTRE, 625 Birchmount Rd., Scarborough (north of St. Clair Ave. E., 416-267-8229) on Friday, January 31, 2020 at 12 pm until time of Service at 2 pm. Interment to follow.

Dearest Sonja, Slavek and Natalia, our deepest condolences and sympathies at the loss of Teta Nerina. She was a wonderful woman and I will always remember her kindness and generosity. I will miss her smile and her love of life. Your family are in our thoughts and prayers. God Bless.

Dear Sonja, very sorry to hear about your Mother. I think about her and your Father and how I would often see them at the grocery store. They would always ask me how I was doing and tell me how you were doing. I will not be able to make it to the visitation or funeral but my thoughts will be with you.
