Natalie Vasic

August 24, 1925 -  November 3, 2020

Natalie Vasic, August 24, 1925 - November 3, 2020 passed away peacefully in her 95th year. Beloved mother of Lana Vasic and Aleksandra Ast, and predeceased by her beloved husband Nikola. Her memories are cherished by her grandchildren, Natalie and Sasha Ast. Natalie was an extremely resilient woman in the face of many challenges aided in part by her sharp wit and dry sense of humor. She loved to crochet, garden, and play games including solitaire and word search puzzles. She will be held dear in the hearts of her family, friends and many kitties.

Today we said goodbye to you. You made sure the sun was out, the temperature warm and not a speck of gloom! I know you arranged it. I also know that you were responsible for that little snowfall Sunday night. You wanted to experience winter one more time if even for a day. I know you will send me hints now and then to remind me of you! Like your favourite cookies, pink roses and every time I see a ball of yarn. Please say hello to Dada for me because I know he has been waiting for you. Your love was so strong and I know you suffered without his earthly presence. I love you so much and I hope you can feel it forever till I see you in heaven. πŸ˜ΏπŸ™πŸ»πŸ’‹πŸ§ΆπŸ§šπŸ»
