Nasser Etemadnia

April 26, 1943 -  May 3, 2025

The family of Nasser Etemadnia very sadly announces his unexpected passing on May 3, 2025. He was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Homa Khaladji; loving father to his sons Amirali (Azadeh), Amir Ata (Mona) and Amir Hesam; and proud grandfather to Rayan, Ella and Elsie.

A memorial reception will be held at York Funeral Centre on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 from 11:30 - 1:30 pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society of Canada would be sincerely appreciated. Please see link to charity in the Donations tab above.

You were more than just my aunt’s husband—you were family to me. Your kindness, calm nature, and quiet strength never went unnoticed. I’ll always remember the way you made people feel respected and welcome, just by being yourself.

It’s hard to believe you’re gone, but I’m grateful for the time we shared. Your memory will stay with me, and your gentle presence will always be missed. Rest peacefully.

We are saddened to hear of the passing of the pillar of Etemadnia family.
To loose a great father, a loving grandfather and a devoted husband; is beyond comprehension.
He has left a great legacy. May this be a comfort to you all & may he rest in peace.
