Nancy Yin Shun Wong

It is with heavy hearts that the Wong family announces the passing of our mother, Nancy on December 9th 2024, at the age of 73. She was surrounded by her family and her loved one’s during her final hour.

Nancy is survived by her three sons: Benjamin (wife Lisa) and their son Michael, Alfred (wife Samantha) and their children Abigail and Austin, and Francis.
Nancy was preceded in her passing by her parents and her late husband Peter.

Special thanks to the staff at Scarborough Hospice Palliative Care Team and the Scarborough General Oncology Team for their compassionate care of Nancy over the last two years.

Nancy loved her children dearly and provided for them greatly. She loved to travel and spend time with her grandchildren. She was a patient mother who raised three boys and they tested her patience. Nancy loved to eat and try new cuisines. Her love, compassion, sense of humour and sage counsel will be dearly missed.
