I called her Mama Nance for a reason, she was a mom to all who knew her. She was so generous and kind, and funny! She supported me through so much in my life, with Kenya and with my pets. She even helped me get my wedding dress. Thank you for giving me my most cherished friend. You will be missed. Xo

Nancy and I met when in our 20s and instantly bonded. As we grew and life changed our love for each other did not fade. As mothers we cared for each other’s children and our connection strengthened.
When I make tea in a pot I often think of my darling Nan ❤️
I have so many memories of our times together. I cherish the friendship we shared.

Our hearts are broken with the news of Nancy's passing. We have known her. Chris and family for over 45 years. Losing someone so dear is one of the most difficult challenges in life. We hope you find comfort and peace in the days ahead knowing that she was loved and cherished by all who knew her. May her soul rest in peace and rise in glory. Until we meet again.🙏🙏🙏

My heart & prayers go out to you, Roxanne & to Harlo.
To lose a Mother & a best friend is to lose a major part of your life. Somehow you feel rudderless.
But make no mistake, those
principals, those values, that love, that wisdom, the empathy, the kindness, all these things that she gave you & taught you are still there. She is still there. Her all encompassing love is still there.
You & Haro are now her living legacy. It is a fine tribute to her.
Allow others to give to you & to grieve for you, not just for your sake & your journey but for their sake & their journey as well.
My love & prayers,
Mimi Ritti Jacoby (friend of Mrs Jo-Ann Koster)
